Boys & Girls Clubs – Yacht Rendezvous

The 32nd Annual Boys & Girls Clubs Yacht Rendezvous was held November 7–9 at the ultra-exclusive Fisher Island and was chaired by Christy & Larry Hierholzer and event founders Rita & Rick Case.

The 32nd Annual Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County Rendezvous founded by Rita & Rick Case at the Fisher Island Club on November 7–9, 2019, featured the signature “Enchanted Weekend” with wizards, warriors and magicians Yacht Hop, and on Saturday, November 9th at the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne, a formal Gala with a live performance by International Pop sensation, “Flo Rida”. The event weekend was Chaired by Christy & Larry Hierholzer who were also inducted into the prestigious “Dream Makers Society”. On Fisher Island, the weekend kicked-off Thursday, November 7th with a VIP Welcome Reception, Mystical Yacht Hop Event & Dockside Cocktail Party where the lifestyle of the rich and famous is truly emulated. Guests dressed in chic yachting attire were treated to the ‘good life’ as yacht owners and captains do their best to out-do one another and truly impress their newly boarded guests, followed by special entertainment. The excitement continued on Friday, November 8th, guests enjoy the Enchanted Mansion Feast Costume and Dance Party featuring Entertainment by DJ Laz.  The Golf Carts were decorated incredibly including Hogwarts Express, Wizard of Oz,  and a Fire Breathing Dragon.  Guests dressed up in fun mystical costumes and danced the night away. Saturday, November 9th featured a luncheon and magic show by Bill Malone for event guests. The excitement continued at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne for a fantastic “Winter is Coming” themed White Gala, featuring a live stage performance by International Pop Sensation, “Flo Rida”. The gala highlighted the heart-warming induction of Christy & Larry Hierholzer into the Dream Makers Society. Dream Makers inductees are individuals who have established a long-term commitment to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County for at least 10 years, have played a vital role in the development of a program or event that has had a significant impact on the success of the organization, and have personally contributed funds over $1 million.
